- Hello and welcome! I am the owner of The Hamburg Hideaway scrapbook retreat house located in Hamburg, PA. I am married to a wonderful husband and have 2 daughters. I've been an avid scrapbooker for 9 years now, and look forward to providing you with a weekend you won't forget!

Welcome to the temporary site of The Hamburg Hideaway scrapbook retreat house located in beautiful Hamburg, PA. We have undergone a quarter million dollar renovation at this house to better serve you and your needs during your wonderful weekend getaway.

Regular Rates
Regular rates apply for any bookings made from September 1, 2008 and later. They also apply for any bookings made for the 2009 year.
Unhosted weekend from Friday afternoon through Sunday evening--$950.00 (8 people maximum) plus tax. This works out to $118.75 per person plus tax for a group of 8.
Snacks and drinks are provided.
Hosted weekend (includes dinner Friday, breakfast, lunch, and dinner Saturday, and brunch Sunday, all drinks and snacks, chocolate fondue fountain on Saturday evening, goodie bags, door prizes)--$1800.00 (8 people maximum) plus tax. This works out to $225.00 per person plus tax for a group of 8.
Unhosted weekend from Friday afternoon through Sunday evening--$950.00 (8 people maximum) plus tax. This works out to $118.75 per person plus tax for a group of 8.

Other Information
*A deposit of $200.00 per group is required to hold your weekend. Balance is due 30 days prior to your check-in date. If the balance is not received by this time, the reservation will be canceled and your deposit forfeited. If payment is made in full, your money will not be refunded, but applied to a future retreat. However, you will receive a full refund if your reservation is canceled 60 days prior to your retreat date. If you cancel between 30 and 60 days prior to your retreat date, your deposit is forfeited.
*Check in at 1:00 p.m. on Friday.
*Check out at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday.
*Add a Thursday or Sunday night to your reservation for $30.00 plus tax per person. No meals are provided on Thursday or Monday. Must coincide with a weekend booking.
*Book the crop space for your group during the week. Contact me for details and arrangements.
*Receive a 10% discount on regular rates when rebooking with us.
*There are plenty of local eateries within a 15 minute drive, as well as a full service grocery store.
*We have 3 scrapbook stores, but none closer than 45 minutes. Plan a stop there before you come or after you leave, or take a few hours out of your day to shop! More details available by calling or emailing me.
*AC Moore and Michael's are within 20 minutes of the retreat house.
*Other recreational activities within the Hamburg area are available. Please contact me for more information. Cabela's is a 10 minute drive.
*We are a smoke free/pet free environment.
*We accept checks, money orders, and paypal payments (credit cards included through paypal).
*The Hamburg Hideaway is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
